How lucky it is to meet someone sharing the same idea in work! Liu Bang, director of concentration plant of Comika, a subsidiary of Norin Mining in the DRC and Yves Wikola, administration assistant of the company, serve as a vivid example.

They often discuss methods for daily management of the plant, and talk about their life and dreams in their spare time. The duo also teach each other their mother tongues, with Liu teaching Yves Chinese and Yves teaching Liu French and Swahili. Thanks to their mutual help, they have improved work efficiency and forged a profound friendship.
