Tang Wenxuan is a Chinese-French translator for Lamikal, a subsidiary of Norin Mining in the DRC. He has developed a close friendship with KAPALU KANYEMBO Damien, HR manager, and BYANE LUKOMBA Dodo, geological engineer.

Dodo is cheerful, kind-hearted and always praises others, bringing a lot of joy to everyone. Damien is kind and experienced at work. Colleagues have taken to calling him “Papa Damien” out of affection.

The three of them handle external affairs for the company. At work they operate seamlessly, trusting in each other's competence and judgment.

“I feel fortunate to have two Congolese friends who make this place feel like home,” Tang said.
